Terms and Conditions

These Terms apply to consulting services in the areas of AI and automation.

Services

Services are delivered as described in the offer, including workshops, reviews, and architecture consulting. Packages: Starter (2h: analysis + mentoring); Business (analysis sessions, strategic plan, implementation as needed).

Fees and Payment

Fixed‑price packages or custom scope. Payments are due in advance via Stripe payment links unless otherwise agreed. You will receive a secure payment link to complete your purchase.

Cancellations

Cancellations up to 48 hours before the session are free of charge; thereafter, the full fee is due.

Confidentiality

Both parties will keep all non‑public information confidential.

Liability

Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. No guarantee of commercial success.

Final Provisions

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction as agreed between the parties.
